Maryland Access to Justice Commission

The Maryland Access to Justice Commission (https://www.mdaccesstojustice.org/) works to make MD’s civil justice system accessible, equitable, and fair for all Marylanders. Low-income Marylanders’ access to civil justice is limited by insufficient resources (e.g., free legal services) available to them. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased Marylanders’ need for help to handle civil legal cases, such as eviction or domestic abuse cases.
