LOFLJ and the Men Tour Ship mission is to provide members of the community direct opportunities to train, educate and provide support services to returning citizens, who then can train, educate and provide support services to the opportunity youth and emerging adult population of Baltimore City and County dealing with issues of re entry or recovery.
